We are proud to announce that the first micro-credential issued by the Krakow University of Economics on September 28 was developed as part of the ENTEEF project. It confirms the successful completion of the “Fundamentals of Freelancing and Entrepreneurship” module within the “Path to Freelancing” — a series of 12 courses divided into six areas aimed at developing the competencies essential for freelancers.

Prof. Piotr Soja participated in ISD 2026 conference held between the 2nd and 4th of September in Prague Chechia. He presented a poster: Identifying Required Freelancers’ Skills:Insights from a Multi-country Study, prepared in cooperation with Dariusz Dymek and Grażyna Paliwoda-Pękosz on the basis of research done within the project.

The meeting on the 9th September focused primarily on finalizing arrangements for MOOCs in the context of issuing micro-credentials. The schedule for testing the procedure was discussed; we hope that participants in our courses will soon be able to validate their competencies through a micro-credentials issued by the Krakow University of Economics.
Activity 1 (Development of data collection and analysis methods) of work package WP2 (A rich picture of the global freelance market), led by the team of the University of Kragujevac, was successfully completed and the report was published.
On the 16th of July prof. Tetiana Vakaliuk from the Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University visited Krakow University of Economics. During the meeting with Grażyna Paliwoda-Pękosz, the project coordinator, and dr Svitlana Didkivska, the project’s upcoming tasks and publication plans were discussed.
