Francisco Liébana-Cabanillas
Dr. Francisco Liébana-Cabanillas, is Full Professor of Marketing and Market Research at the University of Granada, Spain. His main area of research and interest in the field is the effectiveness of mobile and online banking, Internet consumer behavior, social media and tourism. He has published articles on these topics in various academic journals, such as International Journal of Information Management, Computers in Human Behavior, Expert Systems with Applications, Tourism Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Financial Innovation and Industrial Management & Data Systems, among others, as well as in national and international conferences (EMAC, AEMARK, Hispanic-Lusitanian Congress in Scientific Management, AEDEM, GIKA, Global Management, etc.). He was also included in Stanford University’s “Ranking of the World Scientists: World’s Top 2% Scientists” in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Francisco Muñoz-Leiva
Francisco Muñoz-Leiva is Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, and holds a PhD in Business Sciences from the University of Granada, Spain. He has participated in several national and international projects related to entrepreneurship and self-employment, consumer behavior on the Internet, the Metaverse, tourism behavior, consumption and the environment, and consumer neuroscience, including ERASMUS+ and WHO projects (e.g., the ENTEEF project and the JApreventNCDs project). He has authored more than 80 papers published in leading scientific journals with impact factors, such as Tourism Management, Information & Management, Online Information Review, International Journal of Advertising, Current Issues in Tourism, Journal of Destination Marketing and Management, The Service Industries Journal, and Quality & Quantity, among others. Additionally, he has presented his research at national and international conferences, including EMAC, AEMARK, the Hispanic-Lusitanian Congress in Scientific Management, AEDEM, IADIS, and the Global Management Conference.
Elena Higueras-Castillo
Elena Higueras-Castillo is Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Market Research at the University of Granada, Spain. Her key research is related to the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies and the adoption of mobile and online banking. She has published scientific articles in high impact international journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Cleaner Production and Financial Innovation. She has participated in international conferences as AEMARK and Hispanic-Lusitanian Congress in Scientific Management.
